For this project I wanted to make a Medieval knight that can function as a common humanoid enemy. The kinghts weathered and rusted armor tells how long they have been corrupted and giving a sense of unease.
I started by designing the concept art in Clip Studio before moving on to Zbrush and Maya for the blockout and highpoly. I then made the lowpoly in Maya and textured in Substance Painter. I used Maya’s auto rig to quickly pose the character, then I set up the scene and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4. The ground and smaller environmental assets and their textures are from Megascans. It's 21 431 tris and 2048x2048 texture.
